We fold crushed Himalayan strawberries into our raw Acacia honey to create a preserve-like spread that captures the flavour of sun-ripened fruit.
The result is a vibrant spread with the aroma of fresh strawberries and the complexity of raw Himalayan honey.
Stir before serving to combine the fruit and honey.
